Today, I was taking metro from Sikanderpur metro station while returning from my office.
My metro card had no balance.
I went to the employee named Jitendra kumar and asked me to give me the token. He denied in a very bad tone and said " read what is written on the board outside, yaha token nahi milega. Neeche Ja".
I got angry. My atm had some server issue I asked to recharge the card and I wanted to transfer from UPI, he denied. I don't take online payments. I said now, it's written you accept. He replied so badly in a bad tone " mene Bol Diya toh Bol Diya kissi aur station chale jao itne dikkat h"
I got angry on him. I told him, how dare you talk to your customer in this manner. Who the hell you think we are. He holding the mic said, I talk like this. Do whatever you can.
I complained the officials sitting at the checking port about his behaviour. They simply said it's not our department.
2 uniformed men came and asked me about what is happening took to the room where manager was sitting.
I told manager how dare your employees talk like this to customer in-front of you. He said I have many more things to look into.
From behind that slobbish employee was saying, my name is Jitendra kumar. Do whatever you can.
No one in the office said anything to employee. He was so ill mannered. I will make sure he pays for his attitude. I'm raising complaint here against DMRC & staff they're hiring. And shall take this forward as much as I could. Was this information helpful? |
