Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — I am complaining about the services of avm machines

On 5th august i had done my recharge through paytm from paytm side it is done but when i was touching on the avm machine the avm.machine showing error i already placed more than 3 mails on [protected]@dmrc.org but due to poor service i didnt get good response my card number is [protected] please kindly solve this issue faster my transaction id is UPI transaction no.[protected]
