I had misplaced my cellphone at mansarovar park on 6dec 2015.at around 10 30 am i askd all the officials there individually to help me make a call, but they refused.i almost begged helplessly, even offered them money for the call, they just folded hands and said cant help. Why are they appointed? For helping the needy.please look into the matter and atleast issue them a warning and reminding them of their duties. I was helped by a fellow passenger later, with zero support by those officials. Please check your duty roster and identify and issue notices to them for preventing further negligence of duty.
