I want to bring in your kind notice that on 19.03.2016 at malviya nagar metro station, i got my metro card recharged with rs 100/- with tbm machine (Left side). The previous balance of the card was rs. 53 approx /-. Accidentally my card got damaged just after few minutes of recharging the card. I registered a complained for the same at station (Complained form attached). They told me to come after few days to collect the money. Then i recharged my other card no [protected] by rs. 100/- same day. When i went to collect the money after few days they were giving me only rs. 50/-. Which i denied to take.
Then i registered a complained no [protected] on 155370*155363. Then i visited again on three time and the last visit date on 17.05.2016 and 18.05.2016. The officers were still offering me rs. 50/-. Which is not acceptable. According to me dmrc should return rs. 153/-. You can refer the cctv records to check whether i have recharged the card or not (Right side tbm machine during 17.35 am to 17.50 am. On 19.03.2016)
According to dmrc my complained no [protected] has resolved from their side. But it is not resolved from my side.
I have registered another complained no [protected] dated 21.05.2016 for the same.
You are kindly requested to look in to the matter and oblige.
