I had made a payment through Paytm for the Delhi metro smartcard recharge for Rs100 and the amount got deducted and on the Paytm accounts it’s showing succes. But I tried several times on the machine it’s showing no amount credited. I had contacted Paytm customer care and they had asked me to contact DMRC under the reference number 89793518 for the refund as the amount has been credited from there side and it’s showing successful transaction but the card is not reflecting the amount.
