Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — recharge not reflected | |
I had done the 5 recharges on 30 november, 2019 through phone pe app. Phone pe app is saying that the recharge is successful but it is not reflected in my card. But only 3 rechrges are reflected in the card. The transaction ids for the 5 recharges are Recharge no.1- s1911301134130752452155 Recharge no.2-s1911301134320952980862 Recharge no.3-s1911301134530252980905 Recharge no.4-s1911301135063775599329 Recharge no.5-s1911301135169872980058 Only 3 recharges are reflecting in my card from the above successful transactions from phone pe after topping up from evm. I did a recharge of 500Rs via phone pay for Delhi metro on Saturday. But amount is not shown so I did today again through AVM. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Please check and credit the amount as soon as possible. Phone pay has confirmed that the recharge is successfully done.
