Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — recharge not reflecting

My card no. Is 68892635. I have done recharge of rs 200 through paytm on 9 july'18 at 7:04 pm and amount got deducted from my account. My order no. Is [protected] and amount is not showing on avm. I have already contacted on paytm they said recharge was successful from their side and they provide reference no. 19637699 for clarification. I have mailed u at [protected]@dmrc.com but i m not getting any proper response.
