Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — The escalator No. 26 of Kashmiri Gate Metro Station at gate no 3

The escalator No. 26 of Kashmiri Gate Metro Station at gate no 3, is always stopped either because of under maintenance or due to some technical fault. Gate no.3 is one of the highly used gates by elderly and disable population of North-East and Morigate Bus stand.
The staff (especially the control room) of Metro station always shows neglect behavior towards the complaints regarding the escalator no.26 and other escalators. They have a very common excuse of some "part" missing out or not getting repaired.
Kindly maintain the escalators (no.26) services, as a true taxpayer of the country this is my right to have proper services of paid public transport. You are requested to take strong action against the officials and management who have failed to give service to disable and elderly population of the country. you may ask for a maintenance report of the last two years on how many times it gets repair.
