My phone has been pick pocketed by some unsocial element at Huda city Centre Metro station while I was standing in queue waiting for the metro at 7:17 p.m on 30th sept 2016. I immediately contacted the concerned Metro officer at Huda City Centre COntrol Room. The officer at Huda City Centre Control Room reviewed the CCTV footage and found the unsocial element clearly present at that very moment identification of which is very clearly observed on the footage.The mobile phone contains very important and confidential data.The metro officer also advised me to go to police station situated near the parking of IFFCO metro station.
I went over there and met Mr. NAressh, S.H.O. (mob: [protected]) of police station. He tried his level best and suggested me to file an online complaint at their website and also suggested me to give him the IMEI number of my mobile so that he can put the phone on tracking.
I also enquired from yard boy available at the platform who disclosed that he has seen the same miscreant earlier few days back at Dronacharya Metro Station which proves the person is professional pick pocketer.
My phone model is samsung SM-G7102 and IMEI number is [protected] and cost is Rs 20, 000.
Please make necessary enquiry into the matter and arrange to pay me the loss suffered by me to the tune of Rs 20, 000 and incidental charges towards mental agony.
