Delhi Transport Corporation — Driver never stop the bus at Ashram stop

Dear Sir, The Bus of Route No. 413 (Running from mehraulii to nizamuddin & vice versa ) are very irregular in frequency. Some times no bus for more than 30 minutes and some time 3-4 buses without making a gap of few seconds. Even in Peak times (7am -10am & 6pm - 9pm), no regular service available. In non peak hours the often no buses are available. We all passengers are facing lots of problems due to these irregularities. Also the driver never stop the bus at Ashram stop (Buss No: DL 1PC 8623- date:[protected] . which we are facing this problem frequently and we are not able to reach the office on time. Kindly requesting you to do the needful. Hope you will under stand our problems.
