Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Raising issue regarding student bus pass refund

I'd applied for the concessional e bus pass application number[protected] for two months service but my application got rejected because of some additional requirements in the application form. I'd paid the amount through UPI transaction and now it's so disappointing you've taken no action regarding this issue. And on the update link, it shows that my money has been refunded but it actually hasn't.

These are the details required:
New Bus Pass Application No.[protected]
Date of Applied Pass- 3rd April, 2024
Pass Amount (in Rs.)- Rs.200
Transaction Details- Paid through UPI
Name of Applicant entered while applying pass- Tushar Sharma
Pass Validity requested- 2 months from the registered date

Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest if possible.
