Dear Sir/ Madam
I'd applied for renewal of the concessional e bus pass for my father Senior citizen on 8th October with application number[protected] for three months service but I've not received any pass yet. The pass was to be valid from 10th October but the application status shows " Application received. payment is under clearing". I paid the amount through UPI transaction, Please take action on this issue as my father is struggling to travel in Delhi, He is a honest tax paying senior citizen. Please consider.

Also, by the time you solve this issue, please suggest what should I do?
