Delhi Transport Corporation — misbehaviour by ticket checker

I was traveling from Kashmiri Gate to kapashera border (orange bus). I just entered in bus and was standing near conductor giving him 2 rs to buy my ticket. It was large crowd near conductor who buying ticket. Two ticket checker had entered and asked had i taken my ticket and snatched my 20 rs from my hand and asked me to get out fron bus. I asked them I was buying ticket. But they didn't listened anything and asked me to shut my mouth. I was fined 200rs and I had paid. But behaviour was really bad and disrespectful. If I was in queue to buy ticket not travelling without ticket. Delhi Transits need to check this type of employees.

Honerable sir/mam, i was traveling from SGTB Khalsa College to Vishwavidhalaya, the bus was crowded and the queue was large, when I was trying to buy the ticket the tc came and falsely accused me for travelling without ticket, i tried to explain that I was buying the ticket but he didn't listen, I was pulled outside the bus, insulted and abused, although I tried to tell them my situation politely they didn't listen and shuned me with foul language, there were a total of 3 people 2 of them were drunk, the other one asked me to give them 200 rupees and threatened me to put me in jail and that my carrier will be spoiled, after giving them I money I didn't have anything to go home. Today I was deeply hurt and felt disappointed I hereby request the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter, i have the photo and video proof too.I hereby request the department to check these kind of misconduct and take strict action against that dtc ticket checker.

I was traveling from R.K. Puram sector 2 near St. Thomas church with my sister in 623(Shahdara Terminal) bus no. DL 1P 3588 on 1st June 2023. As soon as we boarded the bus we both took the ladies pink ticket and I kept the ticket inside my bag which got mixed up with other bus tickets which I already had it in my bag, which I carry everyday and everyday I travel by bus. Then while reaching south extension part 1, 2 elderly ticket checkers boarded the bus and started checking tickets. One of them came to us and asked us to show our tickets but I couldn't find my ticket but my sister had it and she showed it to the ticket checker but he was still insisting me to show my ticket so I showed him all the tickets which I had and then he started talking unprofessionally saying: what do I do with all these tickets, do sell them and earn money from it, and then he was touching my bag and my hand as well (was misbehaving) which made me furious because he has no right to touch me or my belongings, I told him to ask the conductor as well but instead he told me to shut up, I mean super behaviour they have. And then the other person gave me another ticket saying you didn't took the ticket(which I tore it).
Extreme left one is my ticket, middle one is my sister's ticket.
Please take strict action against these to ticket checkers 🙏🙏

Today I was traveling in DTC going to my coaching classes from mukundpur stop to pitampura powerhouse stop. Me and my friend both got ticket from the ticket conductor saying that I want to pitampura powerhouse stop.then he got us tickets costing ₹15 each.but when we arrived at powerhouse stop the ticket checker said that the tickets are wrong.but we purchased it from conductor.
So how would I know that the tickets are void . And the checker charged me and my friend ₹200 from each as Fine.
Is this right .
As we asked for pitampura powerhouse stop ticket from the conductor.
The conductor should give us the right ticket.
Which breaks the condition as to description.
And the checker saying that the tickets should cost ₹20 each.thats his excuse which changed from wrong ticket .
But we are traveling to the coaching classes from more than 2 months . So we know that the right fare is ₹15 per person.
And the ticket conductor and checker both exploited us.
And I am a CA student so I know what is right and what is wrong.
And I also know the law.
