Delhi University — discrepancy in final year marksheet

Hi, i have done B.A. (prog) from Rmanujan college in the year of 2012. i got an ER in first year which i had cleared in 2nd year so the marksheet which i got in second year, it is showing passed But it's very disturbing to see that in my final year combined markesheet it's showing ER in first year and Second year. i have submitted an attested application from my college in south campus in the month of may 2015 but the step is not been taken yet. what should i do?

hey friend go to online RTI website if your complaint is not answered and not resolved. Online RTI is useful to get response from these colleges go to online RTI website and ask question, complaints and problems .Now uninversity of delhi is online under Online RTI website and you can file RTI online .The University of delhi is public authority under department of higher education and you can file RTI from your any debit card at RS 10 if you don't now how to file RTI you can go to you tube videos and search about how to file RTI offline and Online .so my friend this is very great now you can get response and your complaint get resolved from RTI so go for RTI and tell others about RTI .
