Delhivery — 4-5 packages have been sent to the wrong location

I have ordered a number of things online and they have all been sent to the wrong location. The updates keep saying the executive has been trying to contact me but I haven't received any calls. A few packages have already been paid for so now it's so much of a hassle to get the money back.
