Booked a courier for Mumbai KPMG office on 17th June 2022, AWB no[protected]. The office has been on that location for 10plus years. They kept showing status delivery failed as assignee did not pick verification call. I raised 10-12 queries via their website as there is no number to call customer care, to deliver the package on the office reception. I also gave two alternative numbers of the reception of the office. I even selected an option to drop at a neighbour and mentioned please hand it to the security guard or receptionist. I even got email confirmation that my queries have been noted by Akshay Trehan who replied to emails after every four to five days but this delivery failure continued for 20/25 days and package was returned to me on 8 July 2022. The package was torn from three sides and all documents had multiple fold marks and these were legal documents and applications. Over and above they just kept the 110 INR fees when there was absolutely no reason to not deliver to a well known office which is there for 10 plus years.
In the last 20 years this the first experience of a courier company making fake attempts.
Please help me escalate this rude behaviour and get me my charges back plus damages cost for my original documents.
