Delhivery — Courier service is not responsive

Address:Delhi NCR Plot 5, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002

My courier package is not delivered and the Courier service is not responsive. I was supposed to get a package delivered on 01/02/2022 by Delhivery Courier but the package has been sent to a completely different state.
Delhivery does not have a customer service number nor do they respond to emails. The company is not legit and is trying to scam people.
