I used Delhivery courier service to parcel my TV and luggage from Manesar to Shillong on 07 Oct 2022. Please refer AWB#[protected]. The parcel arrived on 27 Oct 2022 and the TV screen was damaged. I immediately called up the agent and inform him about the the TV which was shattered. He told me to file a complain with the agent who transported the items. However, the agent told me to wait for a reply for the complain filed and there hasn't been any progress yet. I have to get the refund for the damage done.
