[Resolved] Delhivery — Delhivery courier delayed \| No Response \| Bad very very Bad

I have sent a courier from the UK to Pune India via Delhivery one of the retailers from the UK. The name of the retailer is "Best Choice Cargo" He committed that it will get delivered within 14 days but it is still showing in transit. I was trying to find a support number on the website but this company do not have any support number to contact. After looking for lots of complaints from customers, Now I have got fear that there may something wrong happens with my delivery which I have sent India. 1. Delivery guys do not provide door to door delivery. They call the recipient and force to collect the courier. 2. Items from parcel/courier has been stolen or missing. 3. Rude behaviour by courier guys. 4. Items or courier parcels damaged during delivery happening. 5. Very Very slow delivery. 6. Difficult to track and do not have a support team who serve the customer complaints. 7. Not sure if delivery was insured. 8. nobody is taking responsibility or accountability in this company. Dec 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved thankfully after followup over email i got delivery.. somewhere delhivery need to improve these issues. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 17, 2021 Updated by Ganesh Ghube waiting for an update from delhivery

Delivery keeps on postponing and i was never intimidated/informed. Hence status keeps on updating "delay as oer customer request" which is completely false. Why Delhivery couldn't even make a single attempt to deliver the item. Such a lazy courier service, due to this very same reason i cancelled my last order from Amazon sadly they partner with Delhivery this time too.
