How these works.
1. They kept the product at destination city for 5-7 days intentionally. everyday morning SMS you stating its out for delivery. evening at 6 or 8 PM another SMS informing they were unable to deliver the product.
2. You will spend you energy and money by calling customer care.
3. Fake promises of delivery very next day.
4. After 5 so called "attempts" daily your product will return to origin city and subsequently you no longer gets the product.
5. You may also see updates stating you asked for delayed delivery when you have no such intentions in the first place.
6. Customer care is courteous enough to read out the same status that you see online and accuse you for not being at home when they came for delivery!
