Delhivery — Delivery agent delayed and misrouted my delivery and harassed me

I am unable to contact the Delhivery customer service number. I was able to connect with their contract person perfumes2order partner of Delhivery probably. Very poor response and even the Delhivery staff or agent assigned for my payback order was extremely pathetic and rude and harassing and Eve teasing me. He also gave false information when I tried reattempting my delivery the same day he said they don’t work after 4 PM but your timings in the website says working hours up to 9pm. clearly it was his fault for reading the pin code as 5 instead of 53 I think he was also surely lying about it for whatever reasons god knows. After taking my package to a wrong address clearly and trying to cheat about it he was extremely rude in asking me to come and collect it from a far off place if I needed my package. He was also sexually harassing me saying “ don’t you have any boy at home who knows to drive a bike who can come and collect the parcel. This agent is a cheat, criminal and a male chauvinistic sexist offender he thinks women are cheap and don’t deserve their parcel delivery in time or they don’t deserve any respect at all. I am also mentioning his contact number here [protected] so you can take action against him. Still there is no update regarding my package delivery as well. Clearly if Delhivery can’t recruit proper agents or respond to customers in time they may as well shut it down rather than pissing off so many consumers. Hope some action will be taken against the agent and my parcel delivered ASAP.
