Delhivery — Laptop completely broken in transit

One of the most pathetic and ridiculous logistic company ever. I would advise people to avoid sending courier through Dehlivery as much as possible.

I had couriered a laptop from Kolkata to Gurgaon on 14th July and in transit they broke the laptop in pieces. After 10 days of follow up they said they won't pay me anything for the damage. They destroyed my laptop worth 40k and return they denied giving me even a rupee. It is such a ridiculous company that they do not even trust their own employees. Their manager in Kolkata hub confessed that the laptop was received in very good condition and has broken in transit still they denied paying me the damage charge.

I will file a civil suit against them. Please do not use this courier. They are bunch of rude people.
