Delhivery — Missing item in parcel received

I used DelhiVERY SERVICE (tracking id: [protected]) to move few electronics item from my Delhi to Bangalore.

Parcel received didn't had my laptop (Macbook pro - 16 inch)
rest items were there.
The weight of the shipment sent as per the written documents are 5 Kg and the parcel received is below that.

I tried CONTACTing the company itself but the CUSTOMER care is super unresponsive, seems like whole company is filled with fraudsters.

I will take necessary actions to sue the company and all the fraudster ### within it unless i get my case resolved.
