I booked a pick up and made payment through UPI my money got deducted and when I was downloading the invoice slip for printout it showed I can’t because the payment is pending.
I booked another courier payed again and raised a complaint for the same. I got response to my first mail only where they asked for transaction ID, number, sender, recipient etc and haven’t replied after multiple times mailing them. The courier that was actually supposed to reach out to the person reached the office nearby and that person who is by the way an old man aged 70 is getting a text to collect it from the office which is 23km away from his residence. On calling on that number the person is saying that they have shut the services and will not deliver and being dubious and saying if you don’t pick up you’ll get your refund and then saying that the courier will get cancelled in 3 days and will be sent out for return. I am not getting any response for the same. Zero accountability. Zero communication. Zero customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
