By mistake gave one mobile number wrong on the Package, but i have mentioned 2 number they dnt Even try send to to the other number or check any valid proof of mentioned person or address, i directly dnt buy from the merchant how can i contact, Basic common sense if someone buys from third party how can u contact them.I have lost money and business because of this stupid services
After 1 week o[censored]sless conversations no support only apologize mails cant do nothing, mentioned in there own website that present valid id proof, I have give correct address mentioned 2 mobile number incase of any problem your delivery guy dnt even bother to send the otp to other number mentioned on the parcel upon requesting and dnt even give any details to contact futher, After 1 week o[censored]seless discussion and mails got otp but as usually your waste courier service returned the package not even contacting us once whether we otp or not, after all this they simple told package returned back.you don't even have proper customer support or contact, Such a awfully service seriously, Mentioned in in own site provide valid id proof like pan card or aadhar card, is only OTP is valid not real id.
