Delhivery — Not picking up package on scheduled time.

Hi. I have booked a parcel on 12.09.2023 and selected the next day pickup and it was scheduled for 7 am to 7 pm pickup slot. But at the evening, in the app it was auto updated that the shipment was not ready for pick up that's why the have reschedules the pickup next day.. But today also they didn't pickup and i cancelled it and rebooked which was supposed to pickup up today within 7 pm. But again same thing happened. At 6.59 pm again got a called from the ivr and let me it couldn't picked up and to reschedule it. And the app it was updated by default that package was not ready for shipment. What the hell?? How they could be so irresponsible?? Useless. They are very unprofessional, don't even know how to fulfil commitments.
