My zara parcel AWB[protected] for which I have made payment of Rs.4570/- on Delhivery's payments portal was not being delivered by the delivery staff. I have requested payment confirmation by their twitter helpline (@help_delhivery) and I got no reply regarding the payment. I have tried emailing also (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) for which I got one reply saying my issue would be solved within 48 hours. After that I have got no help whatsoever. I attached my payment proof with the transaction id and I have confirmed with my banks customer care too that the amount was debited.
I have got no contact number that I can call and relay my issue. I have to wait for their reply (IF THEY REPLY).
I need refund for my Rs.4570/- since the parcels delivery was cancelled. Was this information helpful? |
