I would like to state that I am Arushi Goswami and I am a resident of 25, natraj state alkapuri gwalior.
I am writing this Email to inform that on 01/11/2021, I exchange an order because the one I received was defective So, I exchange it on 01/11/2021 product information ( APEXHANDICRAFT 4MM Yoga Mat) having Order ID ([protected]) And the tracking ID is ([protected]) the order was prepaid amount (Rs287). I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered on 09/11/2021 but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side.I have spoken with your staff over phone they said that the product was still in your hub situated in Gohana. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected.
The customer service is not doing anything just saying we will look into it
