Delhivery — Self-Cancellation of Order by staff

This complaint is regarding the extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered behaviour of the staff engaged in work at Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. Chailchowk. The staff has self-cancelled the order NYK[protected] despite repeated requests to deliver it at the address mentioned on the order. The staff never delivers the articles at the mentioned address despite repeated requests and complaints with the head of their office at Chailchowk.
Also, the staff misbehaves over telephonic conversations when asked to deliver the articles on address mentioned on the order.
