Hello Sir, This is to inform you my complaint has been resolved on 02 Jan 2019. I received my PF and UAN no. from Kriti Rastogi mam through mail and her mail id is [email protected] After receiving my UAN no. and PF Number, i activated UAN, than i found there is 2 or 3 changes required in my Basic and in personal details as well. I followed with Kriti Rastogi Mam and she supported me to make the necessary changes in UAN. After that i was able to claim my PF settlement and it is done on 05th Jan 2019. This only possible because of tremendous support from Consumer Support Team. Thanks a lot .. !
