It is really unfortunate that we have to contact you this way but the experience that we have had recently with "Delhivery" has forced us to contact you as we are not getting any response from your company's executives.
This is with reference to our AWB No.[protected], that after chasing the pickup team for 3 days, the pick up was arranged on 10th August 2016 and till date it is lying at Ludhiana Hub. We had sent the "Manifest" file 3 times and each time we have received one email just mentioning that "upload failed". We have been chasing the Customer Support continuously but have not received any response. Ours is an Online Selling company and services like these do bring a wrong image to our brand.
It's been 4 days today that we have not received any response on the fate of our parcel. We now want it back as we are going to avail another service provider to deliver the same to our client.
We request you to kindly assist us in this matter, as we have already escalated the matter to the following people, but sadly, no reply from the so-called "RESPONSIBLE" executives of your company:
