[Resolved] Delhivery — The product is not received still it shows product delivered

I have purchased an item from Flipkart which is prepaid, with order id[protected]. and the same item is shipped by delhivery courier partner. when I try track the details The status shows "Your order was delivered on Sep 9, 2020" but the order didn't receive yet. The order is linked with 94******32 mobile number, but due to the sim damage number is switched off. already I have discussed this issue with delhivery support team through mail but from the last 6 days, they only give a reply that we will resolve your issue in 24 to 48 hours but not resolved yet.

- Before this i have send several mail to delhivery support center.
- After adding complaint here on next day my package get delivered.
