Delhivery — Very long delay in delivering the products.

Hi, I have ordered a product in MEBELKART website 25 days back but still the product is not yet delivered to me. Surprisingly the courier reached Hyderabad city center a week back but still the product was not dispatched for delivery to the customer. When ever i tried reaching the Delhivery team, they are saying that they need 48 hours to deliver the product & noticeable thing is that the 48 hours time frame remain constant from the last 1 week. This is the utmost worst experience i ever had with any courier service provider till date, don't know the reason why these people are hesitant to deliver the product even though they received the consignment long back.
