Below minus. They don't even call the customer and return the product by saying that customer is not reachable. One of the most raw, rude and oversmart delivery agents in dimapur. Pathetic! So I ordered a book on Indian Economy by Ramesh Singh from Flipkart and they delivered it through Delhivery service dimapur(unfortunately)...
My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 5th of April 2021 and I made hundreds of calls to the delivery guy since I have a very imp. test the next day n I badly needed the book to study but his phone was either busy or not responding to my call and he never called me back...delivery peson name is Tobo T Ayemi (his ph no -[protected] ..such a rude and uncivilized person... ..I waited till late evening when he was around that area the whole day... atleast he could've called n asked me to wait for some time and I would've gladly respected that...but he never ever picked or called me...
PS:..I got my parcel after I came across the delivery guy from same agency who helped by contacting him personally..and we both stood at the roadside for almost one hour...
Delhivery service...kindly educate your employees to treat your customers with dignity...
