Delivery Courier — Courier not picked after 4 call in 4 days

Hello, I order an item through online shopping website and Delhivery is suppose to deliver it to me. But the product was not good and I launch a complaint to the respective online service provider. Now Delivery suppose to pick that courier and sent back to the company. I called 4 times in 4 days, do whatever they suggest me but nobody came to pick the courier and now money stuck.
