Delybazar — Not delivering product and refund of money | |||||
My order with delybazar ( Order id : oddb-64592 Total amount : rs. 375.0 Delivery date :[protected] Delivery slot : 8 am to 11am Status : received Refundable until date :[protected] ) They promised delivery before 11:00 a. M. They took the money in advance and never delivered my items. Money was paid using onlinesbi. The company delivery person was not behaving properly over phone. Order got unnecessarily delayed. When checked they said order will be delivered after 2:00 p. M. (Which was suppose to be delivered before 11:00 am.) So i cancelled the order. Order was cancelled on 1:30 pm on 2nd july. I didn't get any order cancel confirmation; very bad and unprofessional service. Still haven't got any money. I hope to get my refund before 4 day. They don't have any support on their website.
