Den Boomband Internet — Not relocating my address | |||
Hello Sir, I am a user of Den internet denboomband.com. I have got the connection recently at the address c-88, majlis park, gali no 6, 2nd floor, new Delhi - 110033. Due to some circumstances, I had to shift the building, and now I am staying at 238, Tulsi Marg, Keval Park, Delhi-110033. I have made a request on[protected] for shifting the connection to my new address, and they have accepted the request, and said that it will be done within 24 hours. Today is 28th June, and there is no response from their side. I have called them so many times, in the customer care, their local operators, their sales executive, and every possible person. But no action was taken by them to fix my problem. I have got 1 month plan, and my days are going in waste. I want you to take strict action for such kind of Internet ISPs. commitment are false. they make clarifications their own on behalf of customers. and thus make consumer bear the expenses.. their executives are rude in behaviour...doesnt know how to talk to customers..12%
