My Customer ID is S_126538. On Sep 13 i recharged my account for Rs 1036. After an hour from paying the recharge amount i called up their customer care since my account was not activated. Customer care person said account will be activated by 12.00 am, but account was not activated till two days after that. But my account again got deactivated on 22nd Sep. When i called customer care they said my account was activated with a 5gb data pack till 22nd september as a gift pack, since the servers in our areas got updated. Since 22nd sep i am trying to get my account activated with the Rs 1036 pack i paid on sep 13. Customer care people are saying it will get done, but till now nothing has happened. I have been without internet for last 3 days, although i have paid for my account on 13 Septemeber.
Customer care people are the worst they have no idea what is going on, they just say they will forward the complaint but after that nothing. Was this information helpful? |
