I'm lots of time complaint in custmer care, & every time executive says wait & our technical team call u, today till date, no one can solve my problem, cable operater also says purchase new box, our set top box prblem red & green light blinking.. Cable operater says ic prblm, & ic is nt available in control room& he will suggestion purchase new box.. I'm already did complaint consumer form.. Because some few months before my set box transfer realated prblm solved only consumer form only.. Pls my humble request to replace or rectify my set top box, as soon as possible solve my problem...
