Dental Comfort Pune — refunding the rent of four months

We had called the mswipe customer care in month of november 2017 to discontinue the service and take back the device. But no executive was sent to collect the device and neither the request was generated, due to which my rent was unnecessarily deducted every month since then. Finally my request was registered in month of february 2018 and the executive was sent on 3rd april 2018. We want our rent to be refunded from month of december which is a total amount of rs1526. As early as possible.
