I have ordered a Deo(order no: 430718) on 11th November 2014 and got tracking number for the same. When tracked the product got to know the product damaged in transit and returned to shipper. Till now i didnt get the product nor got the refund. Tried calling customer care no response and no reply for emails.
Please help me in getting my money. Refer attachment for more details on my order.
