Deobazaar Internet Commerce — No delivery after placing the order

05/06/2022, I placed an order on the website www.deobazaar.com

I made the payment via my Debit card. The payment of Rs. 4225 was successful. The order was also successfully placed. I even got an email confirmation for my payment as well as for my order. It has been more than 10 days already and whenever I track my order, it shows that the order is still under process and has not yet been shipped.

I tried to contact the customer care for DeoBazaar. The phone number that they have provided for customer care has incoming facility off . I even tried mailing them my complain. I was even given a Ticket ID to track the status of my complaint. I was told that my query would be answered in 4-8 hours. It has been 4-5 days and there has been no response from the website.

And the website does not have any cancel order option available.
