Placed an order ([protected]) on 17th october, 19 for which the delivery timelines was mentioned as 3-5 days. However on 6th november, 19 received an email stating that due to unavailability of stock we have cancelled the order and here's your voucher of equivalent amount valid for 6 months.
Also, if you wish to receive refund in original payment method drop us an email.
I dropped an email for refund on the very same day but till date i have not received any refund. Also the voucher they provided isn't a valid one.
Upon calling customer support, i was told you won't get any money.
Although the amount is nominal but i'll teach them a lesson on how they can't take anyone for granted. Was this information helpful? |
