Deobazaar Internet Commerce — non delivery of order after prepayment

I had placed the order for a perfume on 8th Jan 20 and made the payment through debit card. I've got the confirmation email as well. Till date there is no update on the order. They are not replying to the emails. The customer support number is switched off. They don't have an order cancellation Option on the website.
I'd request the mentioned company to please reply on this matter. Highly dissatisfied.
