I'm from hyderabad. On 11 th october, i've placed a prepaid order (Order no [protected]) for swarzkopf gliss marrakesh coconut oil shampoo (2 units - rs 832/-) and bio care papaya gel. (Rs 224/-)
I've received gel on 18 th october but the shampoo was not delivered. I've been trying to contact the team about the same but there's no response through email and the phone call was not answered.
I've checked order details in my account of the same website but it shows details of the gel only. I dont know if the shampoo was intentionally deleted from the order after the payment. I shall post the bill that i received after the payment.
Please sort the issue and help others from this kind of cheating. I would like a refund if they are unable to send the shampoo.

1 week passed but still order is not dispatched.
And there is no response by deobazaar on call, whats app & email.
I loosing faith in this company & company is not customer friendly.
Fear of loosing my money forevere.
