Placed order on 2nd jan 2020 for a perfume and it's 25th feb 2020 and i still haven't received any update on my order. The status of my order on the website shows processing, it hasn't been dispatched yet. I tried contacting the customer care using call, mail, through facebook, instagram and twitter but no response through either source. Under refund policy the website states order can be cancelled before it has been dispatched but when one actually tries doing that there is no such option available.
