Deobazaar Internet Commerce — Product not delivered in spite of order confirmation.

This is in reference to order no. [protected] booked on 22nd April 2017 on deobazaar.com. Kindly note that even though I have received the order confirmation and have made the payment online for the above mentioned order, I still haven't received the shipment which was suppose to be delivered by the 2nd of May 2017 as per the tracking details on the website.
but now the details show that the order was returned back to the supplier and there has been no communication from deobazaar regarding the same. Neither have they returned the amount paid while booking the order.

Kindly note that it has been 20 days now since the order was placed.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and revert back ASAP.
