Deobazaar Internet Commerce — The number they have provided is always unserviceable

I had placed an order on 31st march, 2020 at deobazaar for a guess perfume. It was to be delivered to mumbai. My name is lakshmi shankar. After 2-3 days i've received the confirmation that order is placed. The delivery was supposed to be by 7th-10th april. After that i have sent repeated mails to cancel the order. The number they have provided is always unserviceable. No reply to mails have been provided. They have given a ticket number twice to address complaints but no reply within the stated 4-8 hours. Infact nothing post that also. This is not acceptable at all. They are taking money from customers and not informing anything on order. They have no option to cancel order on their website also. This is pure cheating.
