Department Of Employment And Training — Employment registration number is not valid

Hi Team,
I made my registration in the year 2015 and my renewal due was on 2018, But failed to renew, now when I try to renew my registration ID is not valid and I don't remember my username and password as well. So kindly help me resolve it.
