I Invested Rs. 3 Lcas with Devisha Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. on 6th Jan 2011 toward earnest money deposit for 2 BHK flat at Project HEX WORLD situated at plot bearing S. No. 91, 94, 95, 100, 102 and 103 village Rohinjan, Kharghar, District Raigad, Navi Mumbai.
Its almost 5 years and project has not kicked off. Company has closed their offices.
Devisha Infrastucture Pvt. Ltd. Circulated letter on 9th September 2015 and assured that they will refund the amount to Investors who do not wish to continue.
I requested my money back in 1st week of Oct 15. Mr. Ravii Mishra of Devisha Infrastucture Pvt. Ltd entertained my calls in the start but when he came to know that I am firm to take my money back he started excuses and ultimately stopped taking my calls. Letter dated 9th September, 2015 purporting to return the money turned out to be false and the intension seems to be not to return any amount.
I felt social responsible to raise this concern so that others who invested in this project understand ground reality and intentions of the promoters.
I request help in getting refund of my money back with 18% interest.
